As a family business we understand the importance of ensuring that you select the
correct company to make your special event smooth!
When established in 2010, by our parent company BPH Entertainment, our goal was then and still is today to provide a fun and convenient experience to everyone that interacts with our company.
Our story started by offering a unique locker solution for guests to secure their personal valuables while they visited parks, beaches, fairs, festivals, and other events where they wanted their personal items close but did not want to carry them around throughout the day.
Shortly after we discovered that guests using these "lockers" wanted to also have the ability to charge their cell phone and other small devices while at these events. So we expanded our offerings and retrofitted our locker solution to make charging lockers for use at the events previously mentioned. In addition to these we purchased stand up charging stations. These charging stations allowed us to provide local restaurants, bars, gyms, and other businesses with charging lockers in their facility with the added benefit of using the built in monitor as a marketing driver. This marketing drivers allowed us to expand into a advertising and marketing for local small businesses.
Timeline
During those years providing services to events in and around North Florida we built great friendships and relationships that will last a lifetime. In November 2017 we had the opportunity to further expand our company offerings through one of those relationships and we purchased a ATM company. This acquisition provided us the opportunity to grow to the where we are today, we will come back to that shorty. The addition of ATM services to our portfolio of offerings let us grow our event foot print even further. We were able to generate more relationships and we expanded to offer our products and services to events ranging from Savanah, GA south to Melbourne, FL and west to Orlando, FL and Valdosta, GA.
In November of 2018, with the success of our 2017 ATM acquisition, we wanted to add a fun experience to our portfolio that would allow us to entertain guests of all ages so we purchased a Mirrored Photo Booth. This photo booth expansion would provide us the opportunity for years to come to work with some amazing families, companies, talent, and be part of great events. These events and opportunities provided a great opportunity, however we found ourselves booking our services so much that we needed to expand.
In November of 2019 (November is a great month for us) we continued to build on relationships and acquired another photo booth rental company from South Georgia. This acquisition would allow us to double the guests/events that we could support at any given time.
In early 2020 we took the time to evaluate our business offerings and determine how we wanted to proceed through 2020 and beyond. Our goal was to ensure that we stayed true to our mission of "providing a fun and convenient experience" to everyone that interacted with our company. Then unfortunately like many others the 2020 pandemic affected the way we all did business. We had to ensure that we stayed in a position to be able to sustain and recover when the pandemic was over. So in July 2020 we again utilized a strategic partnership and we sold our ATM portfolio to a long time colleague. This sale allowed us to refine our photo booth rental offerings as well as add new products and services, such as the Augmented Reality.
In mid 2022 we had the honor to join the Florida Festivals & Events Association and attend our first conference as a member. During this event we had the pleasure to show case our current offerings and meet many great people and organizations. After this conference we were invited to join the vendor team for a new event in South Florida. Since you have read our history, you know that November seems to be our month. Without delay, in November 2022, we did attend the new 1st annual event. During this event we launched our newest feature, the Immersive Photo Experience, which was a huge success.
