LOOKING TO RESCHEDULE?

We are excited that you are using FotoFusion for your Photo Booth Rental.  We understand that things happen.  We want to make your rental and experience as smooth as possible.  Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.  We can also look at other options to reschedule your event to a future date or change from one event type to another.

When looking to reschedule please be sure to review your contract for any special requirement and steps specific to your event agreement.


DATE CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Any request for a date change must be made at least 30 days in advance of the original event date. Date change is subject to photo booth availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date the fees/payment shall be refunded less cancellation fee as outlined below and original event date will be cancelled. Any requests for refund or cancellation must be made in writing via email for proper processing. Cancellation for refund of fee/payment will apply as follows based on calendar days.

  • Cancellations 60 or more calendar days from the event start will receive 100% Refund of payments already made.
  • Cancellations 31 to 59 calendar days from the event start are subject to 25% non-refundable “Date Reservation Fee,” any payments made over the 25% of pre-tax total of booking will be refunded.
  • Cancellations 15 to 30 calendar days from the event start are subject to 25% non-refundable “Date Reservation Fee,” plus up to an additional 25% for other costs or potential loss of business any payments made over the 50% of pre-tax total of booking will be refunded.
  • Cancellations 14 calendar days or less from the event start are non-refundable.
